Dialogue with Bilbao

Each participant developed an intervention or documentation project based on the observation and re-evaluation of a particular public context.

The workshop was part of BLV Art festival, located in the San Francisco area of Bilbao. Thanks to Borja, Iosune, Víctor and everyone else involved.
